Is there a free plan?

Do you support UPI and Razorpay?
Yes. All plans are billed via Razorpay, which supports UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and all major Indian wallets. No dollar billing.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. All paid plan subscriptions include a GST-compliant invoice sent to your registered email after every billing cycle. This is fully claimable as a business expense.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings before the next billing date and you will not be charged. Your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
What happens if I go over my review limit?
The AI review pool simply shows existing templates until the next monthly refill. No overages, no surprise charges. Upgrade to Growth or Elite for higher limits.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 3 locations and the Elite plan supports up to 10 locations. Each location gets its own QR code, review pool, and analytics dashboard.
Is review gating legal?
Yes. STRA's Intercept feature is fully compliant with Google's review policies. We route unhappy customers to a private feedback form — we never filter or remove reviews from Google.
Do you offer agency or reseller pricing?
